ImpactIA

ImpactIA is a Swiss non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting ethical, inclusive artificial intelligence (AI) that serves the common good. Its main mission is to support the transformation of the workforce through AI, ensuring respect for fundamental rights, fostering individual autonomy, and contributing to a more equitable society. ImpactIA operates on three levels: individuals, businesses, and civil society, bringing together experts from diverse backgrounds to anticipate the changes brought by AI and turn its impact on employment into social benefits.

Among its flagship activities, the foundation leads projects promoting diversity in AI, such as the “Women in AI” initiative, which aims to achieve 30% female representation in the sector by 2027, and publishes white papers on diversity. It also offers training on generative AI, supports organizations in adopting ethical AI solutions, and organizes awareness events for NGOs and businesses. In this way, ImpactIA is committed to building responsible, sustainable, and accessible AI for everyone.
