Your Data, Their Model: Navigating Privacy in the Age of LLMs

28. January 2026 18:00 - 20:30 | Lagerstrasse 45, Zürich

Large Language Models have become our everyday sparring partners — for writing, coding, searching, and brainstorming. With every prompt and application, new ethical, technical, and practical challenges emerge around data protection, creativity, and responsible use. This session explores key questions shaping trustworthy AI adoption: What information do I want to share with an LLM? How do LLMs influence my way of working and creating? What biases do they carry - and why?

Matthias Zwingli (Connect AI) will share practical approaches and privacy-preserving mechanisms that companies can adopt to protect sensitive information while leveraging the power of AI from some real-world examples.

Following the talk, we will dive into a co-creation session to explore the ethical and technical challenges behind the private and corporate use of LLMs. Together, we will discuss how to make informed decisions about data sharing and shape responsible LLM practices that support creativity without compromising privacy.
